Abdallah Banda Abakaer Nourain was the Commander-in-Chief of the Justice and Equality Movement Collective-Leadership, one of the portions of the United Resistance Front. He is sitting tight for his trial under the attentive gaze of the International Criminal Court where he will be endeavored, together with Saleh Jerbo, for three attempts of war infringement professedly executed in the midst of the Haskanita assaults against African Union peacekeepers inside the setting of the Darfur battle in Sudan. 

Figuring out if this is genocide comprise an annihilation and which are just criminal or cruel conduct is certifiably not an obvious issue. The orchestrator, Abdallah Banda is currently on trial trying to justify his actions. But can genocide actually be justified? The violation of human rights cannot go unpunished. Mass murder represents a destruction of life, human rights and society.
